These terms govern your use of CarsFix services, digital dashboard programming, and our online platform. By accessing our shop in Majdalaya, Tripoli, or our website, you agree to these legal obligations.

Automotive & Digital Services

CarsFix provides mechanical repair, EV battery diagnostics, and custom dashboard programming. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe for repair. All repairs come with a standard 3-month or 5,000km warranty (whichever comes first), excluding aftermarket electrical modifications which carry limited liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lebanese law, CarsFix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use or data loss resulting from digital dashboard modifications. Liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to confidential mediation in Tripoli, Lebanon, and ultimately subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tripoli.
