How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide automotive repair and customization services, diagnose vehicle faults, communicate service updates via Telegram or email, and process your payments. Anonymized telemetry data may be used to improve our diagnostic algorithms.

Data Protection & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with Lebanese commercial record-keeping laws. You have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data.
